Vaccinations

Vaccination as a pharmacy service continues to grow in importance and makes a valuable contribution to prevention. Especially at times of high demand, for example during flu season, an efficient and structured process is essential.

eviflow supports pharmacy teams with history-taking, administration and documentation of vaccinations, from digital self-reporting by customers through to the fully documented vaccination.

One module for different vaccinations

The relevant questions, information and notes are compiled dynamically depending on the requested vaccination and the individual's answers. Even when several vaccinations are given at the same time, information only needs to be entered once.

At launch, the module covers influenza and COVID-19 vaccination. Tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) vaccination will be integrated next, and further vaccinations will be added on an ongoing basis.

Preparation before the pharmacy visit

Customers can enter their information on their own smartphone before their visit. This means part of the medical history is already prepared before the actual vaccination consultation begins.

On request, we will be happy to send you flyers for your customers to display in the pharmacy.

Reuse of existing information

For follow-up vaccinations, suitable information from a previous consultation can be carried over automatically. It only needs to be checked and updated where necessary. This makes for an efficient process, particularly for vaccination series and recurring vaccinations.

Based on current recommendations

The professional content is based on, among other sources, the Swiss Vaccination Schedule 2026, current recommendations from the responsible Swiss bodies and the respective product information, supplemented by relevant international recommendations.

The content is reviewed continuously and updated whenever recommendations change in a relevant way.
